Here at VROC, we treat pets with cancer using high energy x-rays and electrons. Our goals with treatment are to improve a pet’s quality of life and to extend that quality of life for as long as possible.

If one of your patient’s has been diagnosed with cancer and you think that radiation oncology may be indicated, please contact us for referral of the patient. We will contact the owner and set up an initial consult to discuss the type of cancer their pet has and go over the treatment options available to them.

If you are unsure if radiation oncology is indicated for your patient do not hesitate to call to discuss the case with us. Our radiation oncology veterinarian will be more than happy to discuss all the options with you. Depending on the type of cancer your patient has been diagnosed with, surgery and/or chemotherapy may also be indicated, and this will be discussed with you as well.
